The Covalence Management team experience is broad and covers all aspects of real estate, from sales and development to management, marketing, and consulting.
Jason L. Savedoff, Principal
Jason comes to Covalence with a management and operations background and over a decade of real estate experience in investment management and brokerage operations.
As an investment banking analyst at Richmond’s oldest and most respected financial services firm Jason worked with municipalities and non-profits to improve credit ratings and develop financing strategies to ensure long-term health. At the Richmond area’s largest bank, Jason worked with small business owners to maximize their ability to leverage their assets and invest in their business operations while also working to help them run their operations more efficiently and save for the future. As a Director at one of Richmond’s largest real estate investment/management firms Jason provided financial management and oversight of over 5,000 units in the Central Virginia area while pursuing an aggressive leveraged growth strategy. Jason has also founded, operated and sold several small businesses while operating a successful business consulting and brokerage practice.
Most recently Jason has been serving as the Chief Operating Officer of One South Realty Group, one of Richmond’s fastest growing privately held companies as reported in 2016 by Richmond Biz Sense. He is also active on several non-profit boards where he lends insight and operational/managerial guidance to Richmond’s growing universe of not-for-profit enterprises.
Rick Jarvis, Principal
Rick comes to Covalence as One South Realty’s Founding Partner in 2008. Along with commercial partner, Tom Rosman, Rick has led the growth of One South from the original 5 agents to nearly 100 agents and staff in multiple markets. Rick has been involved in sales, development, project representation and brokerage building since obtaining his license in 1993.
Initially recognized for its contribution to the Downtown development movement in the middle and latter 2000’s, One South has evolved into one of Richmond’s most respected brokerages. One South is known for its content-rich and cutting edge marketing initiatives and agents with a reputation for market acumen, ethical behavior and progressive mindset.
In addition to providing strategic direction to One South, Rick also drives educational efforts for the company and leads all of the marketing efforts through his alliance with Hither Marketing, a real estate specific marketing firm established in 2016.
